Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return the product within 60 days of receiving it. Any return that is not under warranty and is not returned within the first 60 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In the case that a restocking fee is required, a refund will be given, less %20, once we has received the product and have determined the product is in original condition.
Shipping & Store Pickup
We understand that getting your order quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. If a product is on back-order, The Fan Shoppe will contact the customer immediately with new shipping dates and order options.
If ‘Local Pickup’ is selected during checkout, The Fan Shoppe will contact the customer as soon as the product arrives. The customer can pick up their order during regular business hours at our Chatham, Ontario location.
